You need to see a cardiologist to rule out any heart problems, and then get a complete blood work-up to makes sure your kidneys are functioning at 100%. Your pulse is also important, do you know what that has been? Your pressure is high for someone so young.
I'm actually scheduled for an echocardiogram later in the week and my ECG and blood work turned out in normal ranges. My pulse is normal, around 60-65 bpm.
