tachcardia atenolol and aerobic exercise

where as many findings in the post confirm my sympatology ,such as thumping of heart or increased heart rate from 80 to 110 with in 10 minutes of a havey mealor a meal rich in fat and carbohdrates, why should nt i think that the heart is trying to offset the effects of atenolol 50mg which i am taking for past three years?i agree to many friends that a lot of drinking water, helps wash out the acid of stomach, and also that use of yougert is of great healp ,more over the smaller the ampount of meals the better it is.so also ,its worth signifying if one could rethink of gastroperisis or somr thing like gastroperisis or a hiatus hernia. surely GERD ,as i have found that using omeparazoil helps greatly reduce the symptoms.how ever the qution which remain unanswered is ,,whethr to continue jogging ,should it be pulse rate limited, or is it true that heart rate will go accelerated if one crosees certin limit of increased heart rate during a areobic exercise.
i am 55 ,a doc by profesion.in to a stressfull life.

It is possible after 3 years your system has changed and the same dose of atenolol is  now an overdose and expectation of an overdose may include uneven heartbeats, shortness of breath, dizziness, weakness, fainting, etc.

An aerobic exercise for the heart should be limited to a heart rate of 220 minus your age less 10% that calculates to 149 bpm.  If a person is vulnerable for arrhythmia, it is possible to have an event when there is an increase of heart rate.  The condition of arrhythmia usually happens at the beginning of the exercise if it is going to happen.

If you are exercising with 149 bpm as your target rate, and if you are not experiencing ill effects, then you should maintain that level for optimum effect.
