tachycardia

i have qualified the interview procedure for geeting into
officers training acadeny of indian army.
  I have been given temporary unfitness due to techycadia
  my heart beat is raised to 103 at time of  medical checking .

my question is that what precautions  should i take as i have good medical history and what are diagonosis for that as i  have to report back in 42 days

Tachycardia is kind of a broad term. Gerally we break tachycardia in to that derived from normal heart rhythm(sinus) and abnormal rhythms (atrial fibrillation, atrial tachycardia, etc..).

The former is usually associated with non-cardiac etiology (thyroid, deconditioning, infection) or a normal response to things like stress or exercise.


Overall, I would want to perform a careful history and physical as well as a resting electrocardiogram to begin your evaluation.
