When is the best time to take tekturna should I take it with my other meds

1. Aspir-low 81(bedtime)
2. water pill
3. Enalapril Maleate (Vasotec)10 mg

or should I take it at bed time tekturna??? Please answer I need to know I also take supplements

1.fish/flax seed oil
2.vitamine E
3. CoQ10
4.garlic
5.potassium
6.magnesium

When is it a good time to take these... The doctor say I can but he didn't seem so sure you know...

I'm 29 272 pounds I was 310 before..  haven't took care of my high blood pressure until this year and I had it for a long time... these meds from the start made me feel very light headed now I just feel a little bit... how long side effect last until I tell my doctor.. but now I'm doing great became a Vegetarian   I work out 30mins a day   stuff like that...Doctor don't make me feel safe in what they doing somthing really bad need to happen for them to do somthing...I feel like I know more about high blood pressure then my doctor.. I would like to change my doctor but I feel like the other don't know nothing too... Is There a doctor out there that know whole thing about meds and supplements and not always go with the meds...I been doing Alternative Medicine like Juice Therapy: juice combinations: beet, carrot, and celery; and carrot..Acupuncture,massage therapy,Aromatherapy
