what do these myocardial perfusion imaging results indicate:  the images reveal a small mild septal reversible perfusion defect. No evidence of abnormal extra-cardiac uptake.No evidence of transient stress-induced left ventricular cavity dilation. the calculated TID ratio is .81.Regional wall motion and systolic thickening are normal in all segments.The stress ECG results are negative for ischemia.

There is evidence of low blood flow to the septum of the heart (the area that separates the right and the left ventricles).  The defect is very small and can likely be managed with medications only.
