tests for coronary heart...

Hey all,

I think this might be true hypocondria...but wanted to get everyone's take.

30 yo male, had lone a-fib last July...still taking Cardizem, magnesium, and COQ10...I have occassional PACs/PVCs and have been told they are benign.

Structural heart normal...except for mild MV regurge...EF of 65%.

I've had 3 echos in the last year (two at my own request) that show no problems...cardios have told me that blood flow out of my arteries on the echos don't show any reason to suspect any kind of blockage...no family history, Choles. is 170...exercise every other day 2.5 miles (30 minutes cardio).

Should I ask them to do a nuclear stress test...or am I just being paranoid?

You could be paranoid.  I am too, don't feel bad.  If it would help you get an exercise stress test.  They are not too expensive and they will let you know if your heart isn't getting enough oxygen.  Sometimes peace of mind goes a long way.
