thallium ekg results

In the course of bering cleared for a non-heart related operation, a thallium ekg came up abnormal showing left bundle branch block--vent rate 66, pr interval 178, QRB duration 14-, OT/STc 464/475, P-R-T axes 81 73 -3--normal sinus rhythm.  Now a catheretization is being called for but no one is giving me any information re what this means etc.  I tolerated the exercise on the ekg very well and have no symptoms that I know of.  What do these results mean?

In my very unofficial opinion, it sounds like one of your artiers or veins may be partially blocked. This is a matter of concern, and does need to be investigated. Good luck, you were lucky to find it during an exam. Left undetected could have led to a possilbe heart attack.
