Is there any symptomatical evidence (ie chest pain) of coronary artery blockage?  An echo would look for normal sized heart chambers and walls, as well as the integrity of the heart valves.  Symptoms would include shortness of breath, etc.

Tests would be beneficial for medical assessment to treat symptoms and slow any progression..
