the dizziness is back

the dizziness is back

hi everyone   since all of you have always been so helpful before and concerned about amber i will ask you.  amber had been feeling really well lately (since they had added digoxin to her regimen)   since her failed ablation they have increased her digoxin a bit (added 1/2 of a 125mcg pill every other day)  when we went for a follow up with her ep two weeks ago we found out that her pac's had increased by 7,000 (48 hr holter)  this holter was given about a week before they increased the digoxin (dig was increased on aug 28)     over the last week and half she has had bouts of dizziness again.   she hasn't mentioned feeling dizzy and lightheaded for quite sometime.  these seem to always come with activity, she has started on bowling league, and does some excersize with her day program.  she has lost weight since they added dig, most of it fluid retention from early stage heart failure.  her last ef was 42 and her bnp levels were normal.  i do know that her lv mass index had gone up.  i don't know if the symptoms that she has again are from the pac's or from the cardiomyopathy.  we don't have another appt. with the cardiologist until dec 7th, but i am thinking about making one sooner.   i am feeling discouraged now, she had been feeling better and i was hoping we had a bit more time now for the doctors to decide what to do about the left chamber pac's in hopes of treating the cardiomyopathy (they won't ablate on the left due to an anuerysmal mass on the mitral aortic junction) but i am hoping that with all of the new drs and the new pictures they can find a way to remove the mass or ablate on the left.   it seems we may be back where were before the digoxin and before the ablation.     any help is, as always, greatly appreciated        dawn
