My Doctor , did an echocardiagram on me and said i had a tightness in the left chamber of my heart, but did no futher test. Is this a serious problem,and does this cause symptons .he also said i had a slight heart murmurHeart murmurs and other sounds. i am 50 years old.
I also had an ekgAtrioventricular block, ekg tracing Ecg Exercise stress test recently that was abnormal and was given no futher test.

This might mean that your heart is stiff due to long standing hypertension. YOu should discuss this with your physician. You may need medication to cause your heart to relax.
