tired not enough info

I had a heart attack 2008, stent put in have angina and went back to hopsital 3 weeks ago had angina and went unconcious for about 2 minutes at work.  have had stress test scan, scan showed not enough blood supply to small part of heart.  went in for angiogram said all okay and was probably small blood vessels causing angina.  My problem is I am constantly tired and have been for two months no other physical problems showing up with doctor have corony heart disease is this all part of it

Have they given you nitrate medication to dilate the vessels? If you went unconscious, it could be a blood pressure issue. Have you been under a lot of stress of late?
