sorry, I am not able to get on sometimes.  They did a series of cardiac enzymes which is standard after a heart problem.  They usually do a series of 3 which they did.  What cardiac enzymes do is go up after a heart damage then go back down.  Which is exactly what yours did.   This proves that there was some sort of heart ischemia (lack of o2).  Now your ekg would show wether you had any permenant damage such with tall T waves and such, but it sounds like your heart went back to normal.  You need furthur tests to determine wether you have any permenant damage.  Did they run a EKG?  I also don't know what type of damage was done although your numbers were  little high given the circumstances.  I do not know if hypovolemic or cardiogenic shock due to lack of bllod flow would cause that type of enzyme result.  Just picture running your car engine without oil, it would mess it up right?  Well, the heart needs blood to run, and it needs a certain amount of blood to pump.
