I am a 66 year old female who takes 120 milligrams of inderal for high blood pressure, heart palpitations and mitral valve prolapse.  I had an echo done and it says, mild segmental left ventricular dysfunction with hypokineses of the basil inferior wall, mild diastolic dysfunction, moderate mitral regurgitation, mild aortic insjfficieency, mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation, PASP 53 mmHg consistent with moderate PHTN.  Other findings, No percaardial effusion seen. Percardial fat pad noted.  Comparison with previous echo: PHTN and A1 noted. MVP not seen on this study.  New wall motion abnormality.  What does all of this mean?  Thank you.Does this mean I had a heart attact?
