too much medication

I AM TAKING ATENELOL..PLAVIX...ASPIRIN81...VYTORIN...EXFORGE... AND ALPRAZOLAM (BECAUSE I CANT SLEEP). I AM TOTALLY EXHAUSTED. NEVER FELT THIS WAY. HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SOO FULL OF ENERGY. MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS LOWER THAN NEEDED. I HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY 5 YEARS AGO.. AND A STEND 2 YEARS AGO. FELT GREAT TILL A MONTH AGO. WHAT HAPPENED.
