trace heart valve regurgitation on echo

I was told i have trace heart valve regurgitation on echo and that it is a very common finding. I would like to know if anyone els has this trace finding on there echo results. I get short of breath and also get some chest pain off and on. does anyone els get chest pain and short of breath with there heart valve regurgitation? i was told i have trace reguritation in the mitral and trycuspi valve, does anyone in here have this finding and are syptomatic like me? Thanks for any help you guys may give..Im a 32 year male and i have not been able to get much help from any doctor yet.

I'm not a doctor or health professional, but do know that probably the majority of people in the world have a heart valve regurgitation rating of 'trace'.  I have a Moderate valve leak, and it is only of passing concern to my Cardiologist, as moderate valve leakage is common for those in my age group (ancient).  I doubt if the trivial leak has anything to do with your breathlessness or chest discomfort.
