transradial angioplasty

Should someone with a good ekg, good stress test, good car artery doppler; who suffers from a spinal injury and experiencing infrequent chest pain possible caused by the spinal injury subject themselves to a transradial angioplasty?

It depends if the patient has a good cause. If the patient has had a very positive stress test, then it may be a reasonable approach. If there is not good documentation of ischemia and if there is a reasonable alternative explanation.
