troponin I levels

went to ER for severe leg pain could not stand or walk on legs, chest pain, & shortness of breath. afraid to go i waited a day then went in.

my blood work concern is my troponin I results came back 2 days later

Troponin I ref.range is .00 -  .10

their lab values state  0.0 - 0.1 ng/ml expected range
                                0.1 - 0.6 ng/ml gray zone
           a cut off of      0.6 - 0.9 ng/ml suggested as being consistent with the criteria for AMI


MY RESULTS were Troponin I    <0.10

my myoglobin was 25
their ref range is 3 - 110 ng/ml so i assume my myoglobin is normal

my ecg was nonspecific T Abnormalities, anterior leads

should i get this looked at i still have chest pain w/walking, lifting stuff but what worries me is when i lay down my chest it still hurts pressure, heavy, arm aches, shortness of breath going up/down stairs. I know ER's are treat and release, does this warrent a visit to my doctor?
