uniqe case

I have an inflicted Heart murmur. While in my mothers body, I was stabbed in the chest several times by the doctor with a surgical needle. One of the punchers entered my heart ever so slight. Other words the penitration was not complete.The front of my Heart was injured.(rt interventricle,lower). I have been living with Congested Heart Failure since birth. At age 45, now it seems to realy show in my daily activities.I also have had other organs injured when I was born by the same means. Some I grew out of,others persist ,worsening matters.It seems that I can not find a cooperating facility.I would like to have the best in the world. What should I do?Thanx Frieda Patton    PS I was told I was born into the military. An Experiment that survived.
