I think that generally there is no restriction placed on having sex or any other exercise due to unstable (or stable) angina. After I had my bypass surgery (and stents), they said go for it if you feel like it. Might be a good idea to take it kind of slow at first and just see how it goes. If there's no problems, then pedal to the metal, as they say. All that being said, it would likely be a good idea to limit yourself to 5 or 6 times a day, as I do. Nevr have even come close to that, but still that's my limit, just in case.....
