Trace, mild, trivial regurgitation is considered  medically insignificant and will not in almost all cases not progress nor will there be an sympoms. Should be of no concern.

I have mild mitral regurgitation and I worry but my doctor says as long as it does not progress it is ok and that some progress and some don't I don't know what to think but I am hoping they will keep a check on me just in case

I believe trace or mild is fine as long as it stays that way.

I feel ok but get lots of eptopic beats but my doctor says these are ok also.

Fingers crossed
