ventricular bigeminy

I have been suffering from ectopic heart beats for 3 years. Currently i now have them constantly. My cardiologist diagnosed it as ventricular bigeminy and that they are benign. Now I am sufferring from it constantly. I am a nervous reck, the constant heart flip flops stops me from my daily activities. I will see a cardiologist again soon and will suggest ablasion- please tell me if this is the answer. I tried fish oils, no caffeine, i never smoked or drank alcohol. I am 44 years old and have a great family with minimal stress at work. I cannot put a cause to this condition. Today i had enough of it and went to my general practitioner and i just broke down -He gave me 2 mg Valium, i know this is not the answer -but i do feel a little relaxed and want a complete cure like anyone else - ? ablasion
