was it a Heart Attack?

At age 26:
although i had a cold and was on Cold medication i went  to Jogging very fast on the Trademile i suddenly fel upper body lightness (No shorten of breath or Pain)

After i felt worried and felt my heart not the Same  as b4 and with sympotms while i am asleep on bed of body lightness and pressure on the Chest  and not comfortable excersising at times,so i went to the physican who asked for Echo

LVDEDD:       5.6                     AO:  3.2
LVESD:          3.5                    LA:   2.7
SW:  0.9      PW:  0.9              RV:  1.8
FS: 36%
EF:65%
Echo Comments:Left Ventricle: Hypokinetic Septum
Phsican comment: nothing to worry about but ur BP is high

2.5 Years Later (age 28.5)that i feel not comfortable at Times went to other phsican with aanother echo test and he told be my BP is high(150/100) so told me to control diet  and alter it was found 130/80,echo results :

FS:37%
EF:66%
Echo Comments:Left Ventricle: Mild Mitral valvle incometence with mild billowing and prolabsing of the anterior LEaflet
+ Trivial TR with estimated PAps  at 28+CVP mmHg,with normal side chambers and contractility.

Phsican comment: Not Yet

What do u think, was it a Silent Heart attack? what could be wrong?

Fractional shortening (FS) is normal (above 25%).  Your EF (contractility of pumping chamber) is good (55 - 75% normal range).

Mitral valve has a prolapsed leaflet that doesn't completely seal the valve and some blood leaks back into the receiving chamber rather than pumped into circulation.  Mild and trivial conditions are considered insignificant and not a problem.

It is very unkilely you had a heart attack.
