weird chest pain

what would be suspect of an exercise induced quick sharp pain deep in the center of the chest that lasts just a split second but feels horrible. I exercise on a regular basis 5-6 times per week and sometimes with an elevated heart rate I will get  this sudden jolt without any other discomforts or symptoms but the last time I had like a fluttering palpitation that kinda kicked my breath away for just a second. ?????? I take ramipril for BP control 45 w male 220lbs completed a half ironaman 5 months ago as well. This weird chest pain has happened to me at least a couple dozen times over the last year or so but this last episode was more severe and scared me. Is it heart related?
