what do i do now

I've been having symptoms of sharp chest pains, dizziness, feeling faint, memory loss, stomach cramps, severe headaches. A recent MRI of my heart was within normal range although it revealed a slight enlargement of the right ventricle and the tiscupid valve had mild regurgitation of 21ml and 16%. A 24hr holter monitor was within normal varients although it stated a tendancy toward bradycardia. My heart rate was between 40 and 128 and was less than 60 ---43% of the time. Could anxiety cause these symptoms even when i sleep ,waking me up with chest pain and fluttering feeling in my chest. I've been seeking an answer to these symtoms for a while. I often cough up blood along with black mucous also. I need some kind of relief soon.

Coughing up black mucus and blood is probably due to a lung infection which can be fungal, bacterial or viral. Your lungs are probably inflamed and require the appropriate antibiotics. You should not leave this because if your immune system loses grip, you could end up on life support. If your right ventricle is starting to enlarge and you have tricuspid valve regurgitation, it could be the result of the lung infection causing too much back pressure on the heart. Did you mention the coughing up of blood to the Doctors? and the black mucus?

You describe a range of symptoms involving multiple organ systems. It sounds like the cardiac workup you had was reassuring, with no major abnormalities seen on MRI or holter monitor. It is possible that anxiety could cause your symptoms. However, it would be very important to eliminate other possibilities before reaching that conclusion. Please discuss your symptoms, including your memory loss, stomach cramps, headaches and coughing up of blood and mucous with your physician. These symptoms are less likely to be related to a problem with your heart.
