what does this mean?

Left ventricular hypertrophy with repolarization abnormality

Ed is correct, based on the electrical abnormality they suspect an area of muscle that has been damaged by a heart attack. The electrical impulse acts differently in damaged and healthy muscle so anytime there is a repolarization abnormality it usually indicates an area of damage.
