what is the normal values?

whats the normal value of left ventricle? what is borderline measurement? what is dilated measurement?

Could you please let me know if a heart enlarges, can it go back to its normal limits? The following is results from an echo
LV end diastolic dimension 5.4cm
LV end systolic dimension 3.0cm
Septal wall thickness 1.3 cm
posterior wall thickness 1.3cm
aortic valve opening 2.1cm
aortic root diameter 3.6cm
left atrial diameter 3.7cm
