why chest pain when dobutamine echo shows nothing

I have chest pain level 10 intensity, today I had adobutamine echocardiogram and it showed nothing, however the dobutamine did make the pain appear and it took several hours for it to go away. Now cardio wants to do a Thallium stress test what could this pain be from?
