My LDL and total cholestorol are borderline high LDL 133 total 234 but HDL is exceptional (probably due to execercise) HDL 88 triglycerides are 66 ration 2.7

should I be concerned or does high hdl and low tryglycerides offset high LDL and total

Assuming that you have not had any cardiovascular problems in the past your LDL is very reasonable, and you should be very happy with your profile.  Having that high an HDL and low TG's is excellent.  Keep exercising and eating well.
