with drawal of met xl-50 and losar25

I'm 34 year old male and havin Hypothyroidism. one day i felt very anxious  n  discomfort in the chest and went to cardiologist. He suggested me to underwent few tests like ECG, TMT,Stress thallium and routine blood tests. all are normal. then he put me Metprolol XL-50, Losartin-25, Atorvostatin-20. I took it almost 2 years. One day i went to my endocrinologist for thyroid problem and told him about those medicines what i'm taking now. He is very serious at me and told me you need not to take all those medicines because in hypothyroidism there might be few symptoms like fluctuations in Blood Pressure and Cholestrol levels.If your thyroid levels will be in control every thing becomes normal, After controlling thyroid if still u have  BP and cholestrol levels are abnormal then u can take all those medicines what ur cariologist suggested. Again i tested all the tests like BP, cholestrol, complete blood picture, serum creatin, thyroid, LFT etc... then all are in normal range. Then he suggested me to stop Losartin, Atarvostatin, immediately and metoprolol dose is decreased for 1 month and then alternatdays and then stopped it for ever.
           Now iam having no complaints sicnce one year and now i am taking only Eltroxin100 mcg. my question is it will effect my health  any ways in future please give me answer.
