wondering if its a heart attack

Over the last few days I have been feeling weird.  I have been having chest pains, nausea, pain in my left arm and shoulder, pain in my back on the left side under my shoulder bone.  I am a 38 y/o female, high blood pressure (started within the last year and a half), high cholesterol (been that way since my 20's).  I went to the ER about a year ago, but didn't go when the pain was there.  They did an ekg and blood tests and said everything looked fine.  What I wondering is if it could be something else besides a heart attack causing the pain.

I agree with Celeste.  This is not the place to diagnose an ongoing heart attack.  Go immediately to the ER. Better safe than sorry.

I would suggest a trip to the ER. An EKG and blood test a year ago does not ensure cardiac health today. I had the same symptoms as you just a week and a half ago and was told they were classic heart attack symptoms for a women.

Please go...your in my prayers and hopefully it will be chest wall pain like mine was.

Best wishes.

just a post script.  I messed up when I said left shoulder bone, its the left shoulder blade.  I have also been coughing a lot lately, no lung illnesses.  And sudden loud noises make me extremely sick to my stomache and makes my head swim.  I have also had some light headedness and numbness/tingling in my hands.
