worrying heart rate

Hi I had an episode of severe head pain a few weeks ago that landed me in A&E for 8 hours a few weeks ago. Since this episode my BP has been constantly 144/95 and my heart rate has been 110bpm ! I have obviously not been feeling too well since. I had an echo done 7 years ago which said i have tricuspid regurgitation. I have an ECG done where I work a few days ago and it said :

Sinus Tachycardia 100bpm
Consider Left Ventrical Enlargment PVI -10mV or more negative
Nonspecific T Wave abnormalities T Waves -.20mV
Cannot exclude ischaemia T> -.20mV

I have not yet passed my ecg onto my gp. I am 38 year old woman who has had 2 children.

Can anyone help me understand what may be going on ?
