Hello,

My father is 50 yrs old , He has undergone bypass surgery 7 yrs ago ,
Recently he went for echo, 'the results were showing:

1. There is a slight enlargement of left ventricle to 3.7 mm
2. good Left ventricular function
3. Normal aortic and mitrial valve
4. Normal right atrium and ventricle
5. Normal left atrium
6. Left concentric hypertrophy.

Can you please diagnose the case based on the above results and could you please mention the reason for enlargement and subsequent effects of enlargement of left ventricle?

Thank you.

Regards,
