Could you help me understand my heart monitor report?

Hi,

I recently wore a heart monitor for 30 days. I was wearing it because I occasionally faint, and the doctor wanted to see if it's because of a heart problem.

My results came back and I think they're fine, but I don't understand all the terms they use.

Could anyone help me understand a little better? These were the results at the top of the report:

Automatically Detected Events:
1 Stable: Sinus Tachycardia
1 Stable: Sinus Rhythm

Manually Detected Events:
1 Stable: Sinus Rhythm w/Artifact
                    • Baseline
1 Stable: Sinus Tachycardia, Sinus Rhythm
                    • No Symptom or Accidental Push
1 Stable: Sinus Arrhythmia
                    • No Symptom or Accidental Push

Thank you in advance for any help!
