What is this feeling near right side of heart that feels like a bruise?

I was sick with a sinus infection a few week ago. I felt better for a few days so I played pickup basketball. I could not catch my breath the entire night. I chalked it up to a carry over from being sick.

A few days after bball I got this strange feeling on the right side of my heart (right side from my view of looking down) by my sternum. This has been going on for about a week and a half. It kind of feels like a bruise and I can pinpoint it with a finger and feel the pain when I do, like pushing on a bruise.

It's not a constant pain, just feels weird when I move around or lay or sit but it does make me a little short of breath if I move fast.  I also get spasms under my heart when sitting sometimes.

Any idea what this could be?
