rvh ,vcd is this seriuos please help

i am 43 non smoker drinker,drug user, i have gerd and other issues with my stomache i have lost some weight my heart concern is i went to e.r. with palpatations about 2weeks ago i have them often i think its anxiety but  pulse normally is 72 and bp about 130/80 i weight about 150 lbs and 5 ft 7 i fatigue easily or so it seems and weaker than ussual  my concern a ekg that says (etrsr1) rsr1  in v1 or v2 , right vcd or rvh
hr 106 sinus tachy, pr 128,qrsd 97, qt 328,qtc 436
axis p 67,qrs 53,t 48  otherwise normal ecg
previous 23 nov 2007 normal confirmed
speed 25 mmm/sec limb 10 mm/sec chest 10 mm/sec
should i be concerned with this and see a cardiologist  my family dr who been practicing for 50 years didnt  seem concern just ordered another ecg

EKG interpretation software is often wrong.  The goal of the software is to miss nothing so it over calls a lot of things.  Unfortunately I can't really answer your questions without seeing the EKG.  If it really shows RVH, I would see a cardiologist.  I would need to see the EKG to tell if there was RVH.  If you are concerned, it wouldn't hurt to have a second opinion.  The tough part of your question is don't know how good your doctor is at reading EKGs or what the EKG looks like other than the description.

i realize your time is very valuable but can a ekg really pick up RVH and can i be  normal

had new one today everything is normal no rvh or vcd must have been an artifact or lead error thanks to all whove posted for all the help
