23 years old scared of sudden cardiac death

i had a 24 hour holter monitor on and the results was my lowest heart being 42 and my highest at 135 wich in my log the 135 was after i ate a meal, and the tach lasted for about 3 hours. the reason for the monitor was i went into afib 2 years ago and i was placed on rythmol 225 3 times daily, and i went to a new cardio who i was told was one of the best around my area in ohio. i wanted a secound opion on my meds. the monitor showed no rythem issue but my average heart rate was 79 to 81 bpm, so he took me off the rythmol and put me on a beta blocker (metoprol?) 50 mg once aday bc he said he would like to see my heart rate at 60 to 65 bpm. and was told to exercise for 30 minn a day! i am 23 years old and im 6'4 325 lbs my blood pressure average is 150/70, ever since i was dig with afib i have had great aniexty about my heart, given that there is really no heart issues in the family other than i blood pressure, i guess my question is am i at risk for sudden cardiac death, and how couldi find out? like i said ever since afib my life has come to a stand still and im basically scared to do anything, and i think that i think my self into new syptoms (symptoms), aniexty is really bad right now, i do feel better with the beta blocker after meals my heart dose not race anymore, and it might sound weird but im scared to exercise bc i think i might have another cardiac issue, is teher any hope for me to get my life back and stop worrying and is there any test out there that could ease my mind with this, thanks for any help, it is greatly appreciated, thansk you,  chris

Hey there!IM sorry!I know how bad it is to have anxiety about your heart:( I dont really have any answers but im sure there are some people on here that may be able to help.I am surprised that the cardio would put you on that medicine for your heart rate..79 to 81 isnt tachy...my cardio today did tell me though that anything over 80 is fast for someone my age (im 28)..lol so maybe thats good your on meds to help lower yours. My heart rate shoots up to the 100s from time to time too.Im on atenolol partly for that. Not that im a doctor but i have alway thought the ventricle arrythimias were the ones to cause the sudden cardiac death not the artrial ones...If I were you I would deff start excercising like he said and then go from there!Let us know how it goes!I know its hard (believe me)but try to keep going and stay positive..
