SSRIs (there is a varieity of them) vary is terms of what helps whom. If zoloft doesn't work for the anxiety, try a different type. In the end, like I mentioned above, cognitive behavior therapy will work the best.

I'm not reading anything bad on those results. isolated PVC and ventricular ectopics are the same thing. Couplets means two PVCs in a row. Bigeminy means that some of them were happening every other beat. 2% of your QRS wave (or heart beats) were PVCs during the measurement period. Or, about 2,000 PVCs per day. The fact that they are isolated is good. PVCs originate in the more muscular part of the heart, called the ventricle.
Same with the PACs basically. SVT is totally normal. it steads for supra-ventricular tachycardia. tachycardia is a heart rate > 100, happens anytime you exercise or walk up a flight of stairs.
