That's just a bit over 4 PVCs a minute.  There are lots of us on this board that have that many or more and are still here to tell about it.  In a structurally normal heart I can't see that 4 PVCs a minute would cause anybody to drop dead and can't imagine why your GP said that.  If he saw something other than PVCs, or something that would cause you to "drop dead", I would certainly think he would have referred you to the ER or at least ASAP to a cardiologist.  My last holter monitor I think I had more than 6000 in the 24 hr period, believe it was around 8000.  Getting freaked out about it will only cause more so try to relax as best you can until you can see the EP.  Good luck.

If 4 PVCs were drop dead dangerous, this forum would not exists as we would all have dropped dead by now.

With my last holter monitor, I had 8500 PVCs a day. And I've had that kind of thing for years. so  have many of us here.  CFS56 is right.  Your doctor would have referred you or sent you to the ER if it was that serious.
