A Buzzing/Fizzing Heart

Hello i have been getting this feeling that sort of Buzz/ Fizz on the left side below  my bra, I ask the Dr a long time ago he listened and said he couldn't hear anything , Im under a Hospital in London for my Asthma ( only just been first time) and they gave me a heart test, nothing then its still going and to me getting more often I went into a Hospital they put me on a heart thing I sat still and it didn't do it !!!!! They told me to see my Dr again ( I haven't yet ) this was over 4 weeks ago and its still doing it anyone know what it might be ???  Im getting my lungs Scanned soon will it show up anything to do with the heart ?? Thanks for any help that may be offered

If I understand correctly, it sounds to me like you should ask for a long term monitor, maybe one you wear for just 24 hours.  If you have the symptoms every day a 24 hour monitor would record them.  Sometimes it takes wearing one longer.  I wore one for a couple of weeks once....all it did was confirm I have permanent atrial fibrillation, a condition already diagnosed.  Still wearing the monitor did verify there were no other rhythm problems.
