Most of your post is understood by me, but not the "..is in Jeff for two weeks" - so ignoring that part I will comment that it is very commonCommon cold for people to go in and out of NSR when trying to convert.
Were the medical driven conversionsConversion disorder done in the hospital? Has he been out of the hospital and in NSR (Normal Sinus Rhythm) ... for how long?
Another question, has electric defibrillation (electrocardioversion) been tried? In my experience the use of electo conversion followed by lower "impact" meds such as propafenone has worked for extended periods, not permanent, however.
