A little feedback please: My condition

It has been over 2 months of seeing different doctors, and I am not finding the answers about what ails me.  My symptoms are a fast heart rate after excercise, on and off palpatations (some days none, some days 50-200).

I have had an ECG, several EKGs, and a stress test, and a basic blood test (calcium, potassium, kidney function)

I just finally took a hemoglobin and thyroid blood test today, awaiting results.  Stupid doctors.

My stress test showed that my heart rate remained high after excercise, but no other arrythmia associated with it.  I went almost 10 minutes on the treadmill untill I hit my pulse rate, so severe artery disease should be ruled out.

So now I think either my thyroid has problems, or I am anemic.

Which is better?  Are either good news?

Hey there. I have in pretty similar situation like yours and I need some help too.
Just today I had my treadmill stress test done. I walked for 15 min and in 15 min my HR reached 198 then I got exhausted and stopped but my Hr remained high. Even after 20 min my HR was 110. I always had high heart rate. When i started I had 110. Dr. said I had few extra beats but not concerned but the thing that my heart took a long time to come down got lil of my dr. attention but he said I don't need any medication and asked me to see him after 6 mo. He is a cardiologist.
I am 24, male, 146 lb had all my blood work done.
we can pretty similar case as our heart rate dind't came down for a while. any help please. Is this is normal?

I just came from my doctor's appointment.  I had some rather extensive bloodwork, with the conclusion that there just isn't much wrong with me.

My thyroid checked fine, I am not anemic, blood pressure is good, cholesterol is good, lipids good, etc.

I guess my doctor's diagnosis is that I am out of shape and my anxiety is running my life.  Much better than being told I have cancer, but I still worry.  I guess I just need to try increasing my physical activity.

If the results of this madness is that I have to take a pill or two for the rest of my life, I will be elated.  My heart rate stayed at 130 after the stress test.  But then again, it was 120 before I got on the treadmill due to anxiety (I thought I was having chest pains that morning).

More and more I am becoming aware that despite my family's history of heart disease, my problem just doesn't originate in the heart or arteries.  It must be blood, adrenal, or thyroid.

Obviously, now I fear cancer as a culprit.  I am going to have to educate myself on how to best look for cancer, because I can't trust my hometown doctor to do the right thing right away.  It took two months to figure out I needed bloodwork or hemoglobin and TH done.

You didn't say what your fast HR is and under what conditions, nor your age.  So it isn't possible for me to comment on the fast HR condition.

It sounds like your doctors are checking the right things to determine if you have any structural or "electrical" problems with your heart.  Get the results.

They should be able to conclusively determine if you are anemic and they should be able to treat it if you are.  Which is worse?  Not sure, but I think in most cases anemia is very treatable, as is thyroid some may require life-long supplements.  My wife takes some medication for her thyroid every morning before breakfast, in fact she has to get up early to the pill as she can not eat for a period of time (an hour I think) after taking the medication, so she has adjusted life to include a visit to the bathroom for a pill then back to bed for a nap before getting up for the day/breakfast.
