AFib continued from ursa

Thank you Gerry for your advice. In answer to your question about my running pace. Im running a mile at steady pace in 7 mins. Covering 6 miles in about 42 mins and sometimes in about 40 mins.  I would cover 8 miles in between 54 mins to 56 mins. I run on road over varying terrain which explains time variations. I have run most of my life to varying degrees and have run competitively but mostly I run now for relaxation and fitness. I am contemplating running a marathon at the end of the summer. In any case I dont seem to have any symptoms that affect me at the moment.
Hope to hear more, ideas, and advice and theories about AF and exercise. Also any other Therapies eg accupuncture and their effects on AF.. Thanks

Great pace, faster than me at 20 year old ; >)

It seems you've started a new post to respond to a past one.  Here' I'm taking Gerry = Jerry, as I recognize the question you are answering.

You may want to send a note to "greendave" who frequently posts about high physical activity with AFib.  You should be able to find him using the "member" tab and inputting his "handle".

Keep up the good work.
