Abnormal ECG

I had an ECG done and it showed that my vent. rate was 61 BPM,That my PR interval was 180 ms that my QRS duration was 68 ms,and that my QT/QTc were 396/398 ms and that my P-R-T axes was -14 23     60   Written next to these numbers etc. was ST abnormality, possible digitalis effect
Abnormal ECG could you explain this to me I know absolutely nothing about these things and have never had a an abnormal ECG before thew attending doctor told me  my ECG was normal even though I complained of elevated bp levels as high as 172 -111-53 etc a head ache pain in my shoulder etc. yet this says abnormal? I also told him I had had a lot of stress and felt a little dizzy at times for the past 7 days. I was told I had hypertension but was given a diagnosis of anxiety. 6 days later I had a heart attack help me please to understand these readings I have given you.
