Abnormal Holter monitor report

My mom is 65 years old with CAD , bradycardia and HTN, mild obesity , otherwise healthy. Her medications including baby ASA and nifedipine ER 30mg once a day. recently, she has symptoms of palpitations and occationaly lightheaded. cardiac stress test done last week which is normal. But the 24 H holter monitor report showed NSR 41- 104 BM and average HR 57 BMP, There were 5 PVCs and 1709 atrial premature beats. there is 1 short run of SVT 8 beats in duration with HR 150BPM. no pauses or ST depression. There were 15 diary symptoms of " chest pain " all of which corresponded to atrial premature beats.
Her BP seems more difficult under control recently as well. Her Physician added Cozaar 25mg to the regimen. I am so worried about her not sure her condition need more cardiac work up or just change medications, Any advice would be highly appreciated.
