1. Significant ST depression mostly on precordial leads during exercise
2. questionable perfusion defect over the inferior aspect of the left ventricle. "Previous infarction or diaphragmatic artifact". No evidence of re-perfusion to indicate active ishemia
I have no symptoms. I have been an active cyclist for 20 years, riding most weekends with heart rates over 80% for multiple hours.
My cardiologist who performed the catheterization five years ago has the results but I really would like to hear a second opinion on whether I should be worrying about this test.
