Forget the SVT....you can drink yourself into a far worse problem: Alcoholic Cardiomyopathy!!

I would definitely suggest that you not drink excessively first of all and if you are going to drink any alcohol you must make sure that you keep yourself well hydrated with water or gatorade as you are drinking the alcohol. You should drink a glass of water or Gatorade after two alcholic drinks, and then again before going to bed to avoid further or more severe palpitations from dehydration.

Best advice is to just leave it alone.
