Amiodorone - Severe itching

I have Atrial FibIrillation, Meds and 2 Cardioversions failed to arrest the Arythmia.  

When hospitalized in April for a Tikosyn treatment, my heart monitor showed occational drop from High Blood Oressure, The 3 day Tikosyn treatment failed to arrest the Arythmia and severe itching in my groin developed. A Pacemaker was put in followed by Amiodorone. Within one week I reacted wit severe itching on my legs and arms with welts rising. I stopped the Amiodorone and treqted my condition nutritionally.

Over the recent months the itching has surfaced and diminished with other medicationss. Now it developing continually leaving a grey smooth skin nearly to the severity of the first reaction.

How an I stop the itching?

A couple of weeks ago I decided no to go to the strong "stuff", e.g., Tikosyn and Amiodorone, deciding rather to live with AFib.  My symptoms are not bad, but I do have "chronic" AFib and use MeToprolo in high dose to keep my HR down.  Still no wild side effects.

How are you doing with AFib, did the Pacemaker help?

I know I haven't helped directly with your question, and I'm sorry for that, but my post will invite more, rather than less attention, I hope.
