Anemia and heart arythmia

I have recently been diagnosed with iron defficiency anemia. My symptoms included light headedness, fatigue, insane craving for ice and most recently a recurring fluttering in my chest. My last hemoglobin and hematocrit levels were 7.9 and 27.2. I have been taking Icor-C for 4 weeks  and my symptoms improved, however today I began with the fluttering again and it has happened multiple times in the last few hours. I am mostly wondering if this fluttering is common with anemia and if it's ok to go to sleep with it happening. I am a little short of breath but I think it is probably my asthma more then a cardiac issue.

Yes, from articles I have read, anemia can be a cause of your arrythima's. I would tell your doctor about them and see what else can be done, because too much iron is just as dangerous as too little.
