Anti-inflammatory drugs

Have been perscribed Diclofenac (the generic for Voltaren), an anti-inflammatory drug for my back problem.  Has anyone any experience with this drug?  Or any knowledge whether anti-inflammatory drugs, in general, can cause palpitations or AFIB?  Any feedback would be appreciated...thanks!

I was put on Voltaren a couple of years ago for a disc problem in my neck. I did not notice any changes in my a-fib.
