Anyone who takes Magnesium for PVCS

Hi, just curious if magnesium helped reduce/eliminate your pvcs, if so how many mgs do you take? Also how long did it take for you to notice a difference? :)

Just bought 250 mg of Magnesium Citrate and 500 mg of fish oil.

I agree. I feel everyone here knows more than the docs.
Wondering about how much people are taking? Mg?

Agree with you completely. Docs I've talked to in the past seem to have no inclination to help sufferers identify the cause of and cure for heart palpitations. Not to mention that most of them don't even know as much about pacs and pvcs as most of us in this forum. It's very frustrating and definitely feels like we're on our own trying to figure these things out.

I've been taking magnesium for years now. Upon starting magnesium I did notice an improvement in my palpitations. Fish oil or flax seed oil seems to help as well.

After reading some of the uses of magnesium including irregular heartbeat an mvp I thought I would try it. I have been taking it for about four months now and can definitely tell a difference. The skips are not gone but it did reduce them. I still have my bad days but not near as many. It seemed to start working about a week after I started. I wanted to post something here about the magnesium but didnt want to in case it was just me hoping to find something that would work. After all the Dr's and different suggestions Im ready to try about anything that will stop or reduce the skips. Its like we're on our own sometimes trying to find a cure for something most people just dont understand.
